- We deliver across Morocco.
- Once your order is confirmed, production takes between 2 to 5 business days, depending on the customization.
- Delivery usually takes 1 to 3 business days after production.
- You will receive a WhatsApp message with tracking details once your order is shipped.
⚠️ Please note: For personalized products, production starts only after payment is confirmed.
Returns Policy
At CasaStitch, each piece is crafted with care.
However, if you encounter an issue with your order, here are our return conditions:
- Timeframe: You have 7 days after receiving your order to report any problem.
- Customized products: Personalized items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in the case of an error on our part (defect, wrong print, etc.).
- Conditions: The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- How to proceed: Contact us via WhatsApp with your order number and a photo of the item.
