   We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of fraud, suspicious activity, or errors in pricing or availability.
3. Customization & Production
   Custom products are made based on the details you provide.
   Once payment is confirmed, production begins.
   Production timelines are estimated and may vary depending on demand and complexity.
4. Pricing & Payment
   Prices are shown in MAD (Moroccan Dirham) and may be subject to change without notice.
   Full payment is required in advance for personalized products.
   For ready-made products, COD may be available depending on the item.
5. Returns & Refunds
   Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details.
   Customized items are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is an error on our part.
6. Delivery
   Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control (e.g., courier delays, holidays).
   CasaStitch is not responsible for delays once the package has been handed to the delivery service.

   All designs, logos, images, and content on our website are the property of CasaStitch. You may not copy, use, or distribute them without written permission.
